Job summary

Anabas (UK 2) Ltd. is seeking an Account Manager to lead strategic and operational FM delivery for multiple client environments from an off-site position in London, with some travel. The role requires 5–10 years in FM, DBS clearance, and a focus on safety, compliance and service excellence.

You will manage budgets, oversee site teams and subcontractors, and maintain strong client relationships to deliver a seamless, 5-star workplace experience.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years demonstrable experience within the FM sector.
• Proven experience providing leadership within similar-sized organisations.
• Ability to manage diverse FM portfolios with varying needs and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic and operational delivery of FM services across multiple client environments.
• Act as the primary off-site representative to balance client expectations with supplier performance.
• Ensure a 5-star FM service and that SLAs/KPIs are consistently met.
• Oversee Health & Safety procedures, compliance and records.
• Manage budgets, drive process improvements, and lead teams.
• Willingness to travel UK-wide, including overnight stays when required.
