Job summary

Anabas (UK 2) Ltd is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager for a prestigious client in the Snowhill area of Birmingham. You will be the first point of contact on site, delivering a 5-star client experience and taking full responsibility for on-site service delivery.

The role is full time (Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week) with responsibilities including management of on-site staff, coordinating supplier teams, ensuring compliance, and managing P&L for the contract.

Qualifications

• Experience leading on-site facilities teams and delivering client-focused FM services.
• Strong sense of professionalism, ownership and responsibility on client sites.
• Experience in coordinating multiple suppliers and on-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site Anabas staff and supervise the supplier team.
• Coordinate and monitor external suppliers to meet service targets.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes in service delivery.
• Ensure customer service remains at the heart of FM delivery.
• Work with on-site teams to meet performance targets, safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance and timely completion of planned preventive maintenance (PPM).
• Handle reactive situations and incident reports as needed.
• Manage all P&L matters relating to the client contract, billing and ACW works.
