Job summary

Safetykleen is seeking a Field Account Manager to manage a portfolio of about 70 live accounts across London, Oxford, Reading, Slough and nearby areas. The role is field-based with travel aligned to customer needs and offers uncapped commission with a strong OTE.

You will drive strategic account management, grow revenue through upsell/cross-sell, and build senior stakeholder relationships while delivering high-quality service and sustaining long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence is essential for this field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Strategic account management to anticipate needs, ensure consistent service, retention and long-term partnerships.
• Grow revenue by building and executing account strategies for profitable upsell and cross-sell, positioning Safetykleen as the partner of choice.
• Build senior stakeholder relationships with daily users and directors, presenting tailored value-led solutions and securing long-term contracts.
• Own results by meeting and exceeding sales targets using data to uncover new growth opportunities.
