Job summary

Astound is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to serve as the single point of contact for existing customers. You will uncover revenue opportunities, up-sell, renew, and convert month-to-month clients to long-term contracts, while overseeing bulk video accounts and reducing churn.

You will engage C-level executives, plan long-range strategies, and coordinate with telecom and data services teams to deliver value and maintain strong relationships across accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications and internet sales to end-user and large business customers.
• Proven ability to use CRM and other systems to manage accounts and opportunities.
• Experience communicating with C-level executives and shaping account strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage, up-sell, and renew agreements for the existing base.
• Secure month-to-month customers into long-term contracts.
• Oversee bulk video accounts and reduce customer churn.
• Track, manage, and report activity relative to plan.
• Identify competitive pricing solutions for customers.
• Manage a module of named accounts.
