Job summary

Workday is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to own end-to-end customer engagements, leading complex deployments for enterprise clients and guiding projects from discovery to post-launch optimization.

You will build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, manage scope and budgets, and drive adoption of Sana capabilities to achieve measurable business impact across the customer’s organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in Enterprise software implementation, management consulting, or customer success / professional services roles.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in Enterprise software implementation, management consulting, or customer success / professional services roles.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer engagements for assigned accounts, including implementation and value realization.
• Lead complex deployments of Sana for medium and large enterprise customers from discovery through go-live and post-launch optimisation.
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple work streams.
• Coordinate resources and external partners to deliver against project objectives within budget and scope.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with executive sponsors and key decision makers; facilitate steering committees and readouts.
• Define, track, and report on success metrics and KPIs; promote adoption and drive continuous improvement.
• Translate business requirements into solution designs in collaboration with Solution Engineering and Product, advising on best practices.
