Job summary

Workday is seeking a Senior AI Deployment Engineer to architect end-to-end AI solutions and lead multi‑team delivery for global customers. The role involves working across Native AI Agents, Workday Agent Platform, external LLMs, and Sana to define data flows, integrations, and configurations that deliver trustworthy, high‑impact AI experiences.

You will advise C‑suite, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and drive technical delivery across data preparation, privacy, and security controls

Qualifications

• Experience designing data flows, integration patterns and security models across SaaS ecosystems.
• Hands-on AI/ML deployments (LLMs, RAG) in enterprise settings.
• Ability to communicate complex AI/architecture concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end AI solutions across the Workday ecosystem, including data flows and integrations.
• Lead technical workstreams, oversee configuration, integrations, data prep, privacy and security controls.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to scale AI deployments and share customer insights.
