Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Workday Engagement Manager to lead delivery of Workday engagements for clients. You will manage end-to-end delivery, governance and client relationships, while contributing to growth of the Workday practice.

A modern, outcomes-focused leadership style and ability to work across onshore and offshore teams are essential. This client-facing role requires strong project and programme management skills, commercial awareness and the ability to drive successful

Qualifications

Proven experience leading technology or Workday implementation engagements in a consultancy or professional services environment.
Current Workday Services Partner certification as an Engagement Manager/Project Manager.
Strong understanding of Workday delivery lifecycles and deployment methodologies.
Experience managing scope, plans, budgets, risks and profitability targets.
Ability to lead diverse project teams across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Workday engagements within scope, time, budget and quality targets.
Own project governance, RAID, status reporting, change control and delivery assurance inputs.
Act as trusted partner for client stakeholders and sponsors throughout the engagement.
Support pre-sales activity, governance and development of reusable delivery assets.
Coach and coordinate onshore, nearshore and offshore teams.
