Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Workday Engagement Manager to lead the delivery of Workday engagements for clients across the UK. You will act as the primary delivery lead, coordinating client sponsors, delivery leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires strong project and programme management, commercial awareness and stakeholder leadership with a practical understanding of Workday delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Workday implementation engagements.
• Current Workday Services Partner certification as an Engagement Manager/PM.
• Strong understanding of Workday delivery lifecycles and deployment methodologies.
• Experience managing scope, plans, budgets, risks, issues and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Workday engagements within scope, time, and budget.
• Own governance: RAID, status reporting, change control, and delivery assurance.
• Act as trusted delivery partner for client stakeholders throughout the engagement.
• Drive governance and quality assurance to ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across onshore, nearshore and offshore.
