Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in enterprise software implementation, management consulting, or customer success/professional services roles.
• Direct experience leading complex implementation projects in medium or large enterprises.
• Ability to manage scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder outcomes.
• For more senior roles, 8+ years of progressively responsible experience.

• Own end-to-end customer engagements and act as the overall engagement owner.
• Lead complex deployments from discovery to go-live and post-launch optimization.
• Define project scope, plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple work streams.
• Coordinate internal resources and external partners to meet objectives.
• Engage executive sponsors, facilitate steering committees, and align roadmaps with customer priorities.
