Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Account Executive, Digital to join our UK&I Digital Sales team. In this strategic role, you will accelerate product portfolio growth and drive complex, digital sales opportunities to closure.

You will manage end-to-end deal qualification, proposals, and closure, collaborate with Client Partners on large multi-region pursuits, and align roadmaps to customer needs. The role offers the chance to shape customer outcomes across secure storage and data solutions

Qualifications

• Experience in solution-selling, business development, or executive-level sales in Enterprise technology selling digital solutions.
• Strong knowledge of BPM and DXP domains is desirable.
• Proactive problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Enterprise mindset with focus on results; resilient and driven.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and other relevant technical tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio growth and pipeline ownership within dedicated accounts, forecasting and maintaining CRM hygiene.
• Lead end-to-end deal management, including qualification, proposal development and closure; collaborate with senior partners on large, multi-region opportunities.
• Align product roadmaps to customer needs and support product innovation teams through customer-driven insights.
