Yell in the UK is seeking ambitious Business Development Managers to join a high-energy, fast-growing digital marketing team. You will hunt for new business, tailor solutions and close deals with both new and existing clients across the UK, earning competitive bonuses and uncapped commission.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, data analysis to boost ROI, and ongoing account management for up to 12 months post-sale.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales (Field Sales or High Performing Telesales).
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Resilience and a positive outlook in overcoming objections.
• Excellent presentation skills – both verbal and written.
• Experience in solution selling or SaaS (desirable but not essential).
• A full UK driving license is required with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business through self-sourced and provided leads.
• Engage in face-to-face and virtual consultations to understand client needs and offer digital marketing solutions.
• Present, negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients to drive revenue.
• Manage client relationships and provide account support for up to 12 months post-sale.
• Perform data analysis to identify growth opportunities and ROI improvements.
