A leading insurance provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a Strategic Development Executive to join their Retail team. This role focuses on managing the onboarding of new deals within the Retail Distribution function and ensuring compliance with governance standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and experience in the insurance industry. Join AXA Retail as a Strategic Development Executive and support the growth of our Retail Intermediary partnerships. You’ll coordinate the onboarding and delivery of new deals within the Retail Distribution function, ensuring requirements, governance, and partner readiness activities are clearly defined, well‑managed, and delivered on time. Working closely with the New Business Delivery Manager and the Bid and Proposal Manager, you’ll translate agreed business opportunities into controlled, scalable partnerships that contribute to AXA’s strategic growth ambitions.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
