A leading Aerospace & Defense company is seeking a Demand Planner to manage and analyze demand streams and support business strategies. This role will focus on coordinating production, forecasting, and enhancing the Demand Planning processes. Candidates should have strong leadership skills, data analysis capabilities, and at least 2 years of planning experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and effective communication abilities are essential to succeed in this dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to influence and lead teams.
• In-depth knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning.
• High efficiency in data analysis and summarization.
• Experience in interacting with multiple management levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Run monthly site Demand Review as part of Sales & Operations cycle.
• Analyze market trends and present data for decision making.
• Provide framework for capturing future demand from customers.
• Work closely with business development and project management.
• Help departmental heads understand future staffing levels.
• Develop business planning process for timely product development.
• Be accountable for Original Equipment demand in Navision.
• Support Production Department with demand analysis.
• Maintain Demand Plan KPIs including forecast accuracy.
