Job summary

Coforge is seeking a result-driven Data & AI Growth & Solutions Sales leader to accelerate growth by expanding strategic customer relationships and driving adoption of Data & AI services. You will own a portfolio of accounts in UK/Europe and lead GenAI-led pursuits and advisory engagements.

In this role you will collaborate with account teams, solution consultants, alliance partners and delivery teams to unlock business value through modern data platforms, AI, analytics, cloud data services, and

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT services with 10+ years in client-facing Data/AI sales leadership.
• Proven multi-million-dollar sales targets in the UK market.
• Strong knowledge of data platforms and GenAI-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and close Data & AI opportunities across UK/Europe.
• Develop and execute a Data & AI sales strategy to grow revenue.
• Collaborate with account teams, solution consultants and partners to shape deals.
• Engage CXO-level stakeholders through workshops and executive engagements.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline for data/AI services.
