Job summary

Fitch Group seeks an AI data enablement leader to join the Chief Data Office in London, shaping enterprise data capabilities for AI readiness and scalable adoption. You will translate AI needs into data strategy, collaborate with governance, security, and technology teams, and drive cross‑functional programs across the CDO and business AI groups.

Qualifications

10–15+ years of experience across data and AI, including leading complex enterprise initiatives.
Experience designing or delivering AI-ready enterprise data capabilities, including semantic layers and ontologies.
Strong practical understanding of modern AI technologies (generative AI, LLMs, retrieval, agents).
Deep understanding of enterprise data capabilities, governance, metadata and data quality.
Ability to translate AI needs into enterprise data, technology and operating-model strategies.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the CDO's AI data enablement strategy and roadmap to evolve enterprise data for AI.
Advance Fitch's AI-ready data approach, including pattern development for trusted, accessible data.
Translate AI needs into data requirements and priorities across CDO and business teams.
Identify and drive opportunities to apply AI across data capabilities and processes.
Lead experimentation with emerging AI tech and translate results into scalable adoption.
Serve as AI SME and advisor within the CDO and coordinate with stakeholders on governance and security requirements.
