Job summary

CDW seeks a senior leader to head the Data & AI Solution Sales CoE in the UK, driving data readiness and AI adoption to deliver measurable customer outcomes. You will lead specialist sales, alliance leadership, and presales, shaping strategy with the CTO office and managing key vendor partnerships.

Responsibilities include defining GTM, growing the data-driven practice, and ensuring responsible AI with internal and external stakeholders while developing a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in building and scaling a data/AI sales practice.
• Experience engaging with C-level executives (CIOs, CTOs, CISOs) and driving revenue growth.
• Track record of cross-functional leadership across sales, technology, and partner management.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK Data & AI Solution Sales CoE to deliver data readiness, AI adoption, and customer outcomes.
• Define data & AI strategy and go-to-market plans in partnership with CTO and AI stakeholders.
• Manage senior vendor relationships (e.g., Microsoft) for co-sell programs and funding opportunities.
• Drive customer and seller experiences to improve win rates and upsell/cross-sell.
• Oversee governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices within UK.
• Develop learning and development programs and maintain a high-performance culture.
