Job summary

CDW is seeking a senior leader to head the Data & AI Solution Sales CoE in the UK. You will shape strategy, lead specialist sales and pre-sales, and partner with Microsoft and other vendors to deliver data readiness and AI-enabled outcomes for customers.

You will guide governance, build a high-performing team, and drive revenue growth while ensuring compliant, trusted data practices across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven successful leadership in IT or data/AI businesses.
• Experience building, leading or scaling a data/AI sales team.
• Strong C-level relationship management with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK Data & AI Solution Sales CoE and drive growth across data platform, governance, analytics and AI.
• Define strategy, go-to-market, and ensure profitability and customer outcomes.
• Partner with CTO office, vendors, and internal units to drive opportunities and governance.
