Job summary

CDW in the United Kingdom is seeking a senior leader to head the Data & AI Solution Sales Centre of Excellence. You will define the strategy, lead specialist sales and presales, and partner with the CTO office and Compliance to deliver data readiness and AI adoption that drives measurable customer outcomes.

You will manage relationships with Microsoft and other vendors, build a UK practice, and coach teams while ensuring governance and responsible AI.

Qualifications

Proven leadership in Data & AI sales and practice development.
Experience building and leading data/AI-focused sales teams in a reseller or consultancy.
Strong vendor and partner management, including co-sell programs with major tech vendors.

Responsibilities

Lead the UK Data & AI Solution Sales CoE, defining STRATEGY and GTM priorities.
Drive revenue and gross profit targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Develop and scale data readiness offerings to enable AI adoption and transformation programs.
Own governance and responsible AI practices in collaboration with Security, Legal, and Compliance.
Mentor teams, manage budgets, and build certification pathways across data & AI.
Manage senior relationships with Microsoft and other key vendors to maximise joint go-to-market.
