Job summary

Sapio Sciences is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to build trusted partnerships with life sciences clients. You will guide onboarding, define success metrics, and champion product adoption across accounts.

This role requires a strong understanding of ELN/LIMS concepts, exceptional communication, and the ability to collaborate across teams. Global travel may be required to support Sapio’s labs worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Bioinformatics/Laboratory informatics/Life Sciences or related field.
• 10+ years of customer success or account management in scientific software industries.
• Willingness to travel globally.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and drive customer health KPIs.
• Guide onboarding and ensure successful deployment.
• Develop customer success plans to drive adoption and retention.
• Collaborate with Commercial team on account plans and messaging across the customer lifecycle.
• Advocate for customer needs and coordinate with internal teams to meet them.
• Monitor customer health metrics and report insights to leadership.
