Heywood is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to develop commercial, consultative partnerships with customers in your portfolio, building trust and long-term loyalty.

The role focuses on documenting customer needs, identifying revenue opportunities, and leading contract reviews. This hybrid role involves UK-wide travel and may include an assessment day in our Altrincham office.

• Develop a network of contacts across your customer portfolio.
• Identify revenue opportunities within your accounts.
• Understand customer operations and align with their strategic objectives.
• Focus on revenue targets and provide progress against set targets.
• Lead contract reviews and represent the voice of the customer across the business.

Responsabilidades

• Adopt a consultative approach to fully understand and document the needs of each of your customers
• Develop a network of contacts and relevant decision makers across your customer portfolio.
• Identify revenue opportunities
• Understand your customer's operational strengths and weaknesses and opportunities to support their objectives
• Focus on revenue targets for your customer portfolio with progress reports
• Lead contract reviews with your customers
• Act as the voice of the customer and collaborate with the wider business to resolve challenges
