Nationwide is seeking a Customer Relationships Manager (CRM) for a 12-month secondment at our Harlow branch in Essex. The role is full-time (35 hours per week) and involves supporting customers face-to-face, on the phone, or via video to access our products and services.

You will act as an SME in-branch, helping colleagues deliver high-quality customer conversations across channels, with a strong emphasis on customer-first behaviours and learning through a comprehensive training program.

Qualifications

• Experience in addressing customer needs through a sales-oriented approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort using digital tools and multiple databases for member services.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers via phone, video, or face-to-face to identify needs and guide options.
• Be SME at your branch to support colleagues with quality conversations.
