Botify seeks a Customer Program Manager to facilitate collaboration with strategic clients on multi-threaded implementations of the Botify platform. You will act as the linchpin between key stakeholders, guiding both client relationships and internal teams.

The role is a Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) for 4 to 6 months, starting end of 2026, with responsibilities spanning strategic portfolio management, KPI definition, and complex technical discussions.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in client-facing roles with focus on Program/Project Management, Technical Customer Success, or Implementation Management in B2B SaaS.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken), with daily client interaction in both languages.
• Experience leading enterprise software implementations and facilitating complex technical discussions.
• Interest in SEO; prior industry experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to drive growth through strategic client engagement and adoption plans.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a portfolio of strategic customers and drive long-term relationships.
• Identify KPIs and develop Success and Engagement plans to accelerate adoption.
• Oversee and project manage implementations for new and existing clients.
• Monitor client health and adoption to expand engagements.
• Coordinate technical discussions with Botify support or engineering.
• Deliver content for client-facing sessions and executive reviews.
• Partner with Account Managers to identify growth strategies.
• Improve internal processes to enhance service delivery.
