Pontoon is seeking an experienced CRM Manager to drive customer engagement across UK markets. The role focuses on delivering high-volume, multi-channel CRM campaigns and building personalised experiences throughout the customer journey.

You will own end-to-end multi-channel campaigns using Braze, analyse performance, and collaborate with Product, Growth and Data teams. This hybrid, 6-month contract offers a competitive daily rate and in-office presence two days per week.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Braze experience in CRM campaign management is essential.
• Proven end-to-end CRM campaigns across multiple channels.
• Background in fintech, e-commerce or D2C is essential.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance.
• Excellent Excel or Google Sheets reporting ability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns in high-volume environments.
• Ability to work independently and deliver with limited guidance.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS).
• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Use Braze to support CRM campaign management and execution.
• Analyse campaign performance and data to identify trends and improvements.
• Produce and interpret reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Recommend actionable optimisation strategies based on insights.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth and other stakeholders.
• Support new feature launches and customer communications.
• Contribute to wider CRM strategy and improve campaign effectiveness.
