Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Customer Fulfilment Technical Programme Manager to drive and deliver cross‑functional projects, coordinating with UX/UI, Product and Engineering. The role involves shaping program strategy, engaging senior stakeholders, and ensuring benefits realisation across UK sites including in-store and automation picking.

You will report to a Lead TPM and manage communications, training needs, and transition to business as usual, while supporting colleagues and customers through

Qualifications

• Self-starter able to work autonomously.
• Experience defining and delivering programs/projects within a large organisation.
• Ability to shape programs with ambiguous scope and delivery approach.
• Relates well to diverse stakeholders with empathy and clarity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive, lead and deliver projects and programs within remit.
• Define and implement programme strategy aligned to the overall plan.
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and manage communications.
• Create compelling change narratives and timely communications for stakeholders.
• Identify training needs and work with Training Team to deliver solutions.
• Act as the go-to expert on program delivery and end-user experience.
