Job summary

Bottomline is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across Product, Technology and the wider business. You will coordinate software product launches, ensure teams stay aligned, manage risks and deliver programmes successfully.

This role thrives in a fast-paced environment, offering visibility to senior leadership and opportunities to drive improvements in delivery through governance, process enhancements and AI-enabled ways of working.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3–5+ years of programme or project management experience.
Proven success delivering cross-functional programmes in technology or SaaS.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution and delivery of complex cross-functional programmes and product launches.
Coordinate activities across Product, Technology, Marketing, Sales and Support.
Define scope, timelines, milestones, success metrics and governance.
Manage risks, issues and dependencies with clear mitigation plans.
Drive alignment among stakeholders and resolve blockers.
Establish governance, rhythms and reporting for programmes.
Provide updates to senior leadership and executives.
Lead change management for new products and processes.
Identify delivery improvements via process changes and automation.
