Job summary

Arm is seeking a Compliance Operations Manager to coordinate safety assurance, information security, and Quality assessments across its growing Physical AI portfolio. You will work with engineering teams, external assessment partners, Procurement and Finance to plan assessments, track commitments and address risks.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex projects or programs involving multiple teams, external partners and competing priorities.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, including managing schedules, dependencies, risks and budgets.
• Experience coordinating external service providers, commercial arrangements and financial commitments.
• Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to challenge existing approaches and work with others to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Manage Arm's product assessment roadmap, coordinating schedules, milestones, dependencies and readiness across multiple products and engineering teams.
• Work with external assessment and certification partners, coordinating capacity, contracts, costs and commitments alongside Procurement and Legal.
• Coordinate assessment budgets and monetary obligations, including forecasts, accruals, invoices and financial reporting aligned with the Plan of Record.
• Support assessment preparation and delivery, helping technical teams identify gaps, resolve blockers, track actions and maintain visibility of progress and risks.
• Improve assessment operations, using practical tools, automation and AI to reduce manual effort, simplify reporting and support better planning and decisions.
