Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, client services or account management within creator marketing, influencer marketing, digital marketing or a related environment.
• Confidence managing relationships with senior stakeholders and agency partners.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain what campaign results mean.
• Careful financial management and attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating teams, delegating work and managing competing deadlines.
• A proactive, creative approach to solving client challenges.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with brand teams and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with agency partners through briefings, planning sessions and campaign discussions.
• Turn campaign data into clear insights, recommendations and next steps.
• Present regular performance reports, KPI updates and quarterly reviews.
• Manage account budgets, purchase orders and goods receipt schedules.
• Lead the account support team, setting priorities and supporting development.
• Translate client requirements into clear briefs for the technology team.
• Bring fresh campaign ideas, test new approaches and improve engagement.
• Oversee fulfilment, ensuring packaging orders have client approval and stay within budget.
