Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in digital advertising or customer success.
• Experience with Amazon Ads (DSP, Sponsored Display, or Retail Media) preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple global campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Amazon Campaign Management: main contact for Amazon stakeholders, managing timelines and asset coordination.
• Execution & Coordination: drive campaign execution across teams, resolve blockers, ensure timely delivery with stakeholder alignment.
• Performance & Insights: analyse campaign performance and provide insights for future planning.
• Workflow Optimization: improve efficiency through automation, maintain playbooks and documentation.
