Job summary

Grey Matter Recruitment is partnering with a global agentic commerce marketing SaaS to hire a client-facing expert in retail media management. You will lead best-practice support, run trainings, and use data to optimise campaigns across SEM, Paid Social, and programmatic channels.

You’ll nurture strategic client relationships, uncover growth opportunities, and apply AI tools to streamline prep, reporting and communication while maintaining a high-touch service approach.

Qualifications

• Hands-on digital marketing across Retail Media, SEM, Paid Social or Programmatic.
• Experience in customer success or account management within digital marketing.
• Willingness to use AI tools to automate client prep and communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication with an analytical mindset.

The Role

• Lead tactical support and best practice across retail media advertising strategies
• Drive optimum platform usage through training and regular performance review
• Run effective discovery to understand each client’s advertising objectives, using product and engagement data to optimise future performance
• Nurture client relationships and identify growth opportunities within the account
• Use AI to optimise your workflow, prioritise your duties and balance a high-touch approach with more strategic accounts

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on digital marketing experience across Retail Media and/or SEM or Paid Social or Programmatic
• Customer success or account management experience within digital marketing
• Experience or strong willingness to utilise AI tools to organise and automate client prep, communication and documentation
• Comfortable presenting to internal and external stakeholders, with strong written and verbal communication skills, and an analytical mindset
