Tilbury Douglas is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sustainable growth across our Building business in the South East. You will identify and secure new opportunities, develop strategic client relationships, and support regional growth with senior leadership and project teams.

In this role you will manage the sales pipeline, monitor market trends, and represent the company at events and meetings, strengthening our market presence and client base.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of UK construction market, procurement routes and frameworks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across public and private sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline from opportunity to project delivery.
