Certas Energy, the UK's largest independent distributor of fuel and lubricants, is seeking a Customer Account Manager to maximise sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will use consultative selling, account management, up‑selling and cross‑selling to grow revenue while maintaining profitable relationships.

You will handle inbound inquiries, manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, negotiate within authority, and collaborate with colleagues to hit targets.

Formación

• GCSE Maths and English are required.
• Proven track record in telephone selling, up-selling and cross-selling.
• Experience in B2B contact centres is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain knowledge of commercial products and services.
• Handle inbound customer contact via calls, emails and other channels.
• Identify and maximise sales opportunities, including up‑selling and cross‑selling.
• Negotiate sales prices within authority levels to maximise profitability.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial accounts, retaining customers and margin.
• Record customer interactions, quotes and enquiries accurately on systems.
• Deliver against individual and team targets and KPIs.
• Promote a positive Health and Safety culture in line with Safety F1rst.
