Job summary

Certas Energy is seeking a Customer Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of business customers from its Coleshill office. You will engage in a mix of inbound and outbound conversations, building strong relationships while identifying opportunities to retain, grow and win new business.

You should be commercially-minded, comfortable with targets and motivated by earnings. The role emphasizes consultative selling and understanding current and future customer needs, with a monthly bonus

Responsibilities

• Own and develop your portfolio of customer accounts.
• Build long-term relationships by understanding customers' businesses.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services.
• Protect existing business through proactive retention.
• Re-engage lapsed customers and win back lost business.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers to bring in new customers.
• Handle warm leads, inbound inquiries and proactive outbound activity.
• Negotiate commercially and strive for portfolio growth targets.
