Job summary

Certas Energy is seeking a Customer Service Advisor - National Accounts to deliver outstanding service while maximising commercial opportunities. You will support national account customers, process orders, resolve queries and help grow sales.

You'll combine strong customer focus with a commercial mindset, manage orders, provide pricing information and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities, all while meeting KPIs in a Warrington-based hybrid role.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, responsive and customer-focused service at all times.
• Take and accurately process customer orders, ensuring information is recorded correctly.
• Respond to enquiries on product availability, pricing, deliveries and order status.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate where needed.
• Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products and services.
• Maintain accurate customer and account information.
• Support new and lapsed customer account applications.
• Handle financial information in line with company procedures.
• Maximise margins from customer opportunities.
• Close sales and convert opportunities into sales.
• Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell, and make proactive outbound calls.
