Job summary

CPM UK is seeking a Senior Client Account Manager in Stokenchurch to lead key client relationships and deliver strategic, data-driven solutions using insights and Power BI. You will identify opportunities to grow partnerships, revenue, and performance, while working in a hybrid model with three office days each week.

Ideal candidates will have proven client account management experience, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client account management or sales.
• Experience managing complex client relationships in FMCG/retail/digital.
• Strong commercial acumen and growth mindset.
• Analytical thinker who turns data into insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting and prioritising.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop key client relationships and objectives.
• Lead client programmes to ensure delivery and service excellence.
• Use data and Power BI to develop recommendations and improve performance.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and introduce new solutions.
• Develop commercial proposals to support revenue growth.
• Present ideas and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Guidance and mentoring to colleagues; manage budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions.
