Job summary

Milburn Lewis Ltd is seeking a Client Lead/Client Partner to own a major CPG relationship, providing executive engagement, strategic programme leadership and commercial growth.

You will be the senior point of contact, ensuring delivery aligns with business priorities while expanding the relationship with new opportunities in Data, AI and consulting solutions. Hybrid London-based role with 2–3 days on client site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience engaging and influencing senior/executive stakeholders.
• Track record of identifying, shaping and winning new business.
• Experience providing strategic oversight of complex programmes and managing senior governance.
• Strong commercial awareness including revenue, margin and pipeline.
• Broad understanding of Data, Analytics and AI and mapping to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop a strategic CPG client relationship with senior stakeholders.
• Translate client challenges into opportunities for Data, AI and consulting solutions.
• Shape and develop new opportunities with internal specialists and drive them to completion.
• Provide senior oversight of major programmes, ensuring alignment to business outcomes.
• Lead executive governance discussions, clarifying decisions, risks and escalations.
• Partner with Delivery Lead on strategic and commercial leadership alongside delivery.
• Take responsibility for commercial health of the account: revenue, margin, pipeline, scope.
• Develop and maintain a clear account-growth strategy and future opportunities.
