• Proven experience managing client-facing data and AI initiatives in consulting or SI environments.
• Track record leading presales, scoping solutions and converting opportunities into revenue.
• Strong ability to engage C-level executives and communicate across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior-level stakeholders, acting as primary contact for Data & AI engagements.
• Lead presales activities, shaping proposals, supporting opportunity qualification and engagement design.
• Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities and securing long-term partnerships.
• Guide engagements from planning through delivery, ensuring outcomes align with objectives and timelines.
• Collaborate with technical experts to design data modernization, AI adoption strategies.
• Promote best practices for data governance, analytics and enterprise AI integration.
• Manage risk, scope and client expectations while steering multidisciplinary teams.
• Support commercial negotiations by presenting proposals and engagement terms.
• Represent EPAM in thought leadership forums and client advisory sessions.
