Job summary

Got The T-Shirt in Leeds is seeking a Client Manager to join an ambitious shopper marketing agency. You will own 2–3 client accounts and manage global retail strategy, research-led work and content delivery, delivering brilliant work with strong project management.

You'll collaborate with creative, strategy and content teams, turn complex briefs into clear plans, manage budgets and deadlines, and build lasting relationships with clients and internal teams. Hybrid working from the Leeds office.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' agency experience with client and project management.
• Exceptional project management and organisational skills.
• Strategic thinker who can challenge briefs when needed.
• Brilliant communication to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Experience managing creative or content projects with budgets.
• Ability to understand research and insights to inform marketing strategy.
• Experience with global or corporate accounts.
• Background in shopper marketing, FMCG or integrated marketing.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of 2–3 client accounts and be their trusted day-to-day contact.
• Lead global and corporate projects from retail strategy to content delivery.
• Manage multiple workstreams, timelines and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy and content teams to turn complex briefs into clear plans.
• Bring structure to complex projects, manage content, approvals and deliverables with attention to detail.
• Manage budgets, scopes and deadlines, anticipating challenges and keeping everyone informed.
• Occasionally contribute to faster-paced FMCG/shoppers projects for variety.
