Got The T-Shirt is seeking an experienced Account Director to own a portfolio of complex, multi-channel clients in a hybrid Leeds setting. You will lead senior client relationships, challenge thinking, and ensure commercial health while guiding a team to deliver brilliant work.

You will partner with clients to understand their broader business challenges, drive channel planning, and set strategic direction. The role requires senior agency experience and a proven track record of growth.

Qualifications

• Senior agency-side client services experience.
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels and how they drive growth.
• Proven track record growing existing client relationships and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own senior client relationships from day-to-day to C-suite.
• Be a strategic partner, understanding clients' wider business challenges.
• Lead conversations on performance marketing and channel planning.
• Lead multi-channel presentations, responses and pitches with Strategy team.
• Take commercial ownership: forecasting, profitability, renewals, and SOWs.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing clients with new work and services.
• Lead and develop the client services team around you.
• Handle difficult conversations around performance, scope, or relationships.
• Support new business pitches and build client relationships.
