Got The T-Shirt in Leeds seeks an Account Director to own senior client relationships across multi-channel campaigns. You will act as a strategic partner, driving growth, forecasting profitability and ensuring the team delivers brilliant work while maintaining commercial health of accounts.

You will lead client conversations, shape briefs, present estratég responses, and participate in new business pitches.

Qualifications

• Senior agency-side client services professional with ownership of accounts.
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing across channels.
• Experience forecasting, profitability and managing scope and fees.

Responsibilities

• Own senior client relationships, from day-to-day stakeholders through to C-suite.
• Become a genuine strategic partner to clients, understanding wider business challenges.
• Lead conversations around performance marketing, channel planning and how digital can drive growth.
• Challenge and interrogate briefs, shaping the strategic direction before they reach the wider team.
• Lead multi-channel presentations, strategic responses and pitches with the Strategy team.
• Take commercial ownership of accounts, including forecasting, profitability, renewals and statements of work.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing clients through new work and wider agency capabilities.
• Lead and develop the client services team, giving ownership while maintaining overall control.
• Handle difficult conversations around performance, scope, commercials or client relationships.
• Play an active role in new business pitches and building relationships with prospective clients.
