DNA Recruit is partnering with a shopper marketing agency in Leeds to hire a proactive Client Manager. In a hybrid Leeds-based role, you will act as the main interface between clients and the agency, translating briefs into actionable plans and ensuring projects stay on track.

You will manage client relationships, coordinate creative and project teams, and monitor revenue against budgets, with a focus on FMCG and shopper marketing. A strong communicator with commercial acumen will thrive here.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2+ years in an agency setting with client-facing responsibilities.
• Proven ability to manage client expectations and deliverables.
• Experience translating client briefs into actionable projects.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main interface between clients, the agency and project teams.
• Coordinate responses to briefs and ensure timely delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
