Got The T-Shirt in Leeds is seeking a Client Manager to join the Shopper Marketing / Integrated Marketing agency. You'll take ownership of 2–3 client accounts, guiding strategic, corporate and creative projects for major global brands.

This hybrid role focuses on relationship building, strong project management, and coordinating across creative, strategy and content teams to deliver clear plans and great work. You’ll manage budgets, timelines and deliverables with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ agency experience in client services.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to challenge briefs.
• Brilliant communication and relationship-building with clients and internal teams.
• Experience managing creative or content projects with attention to detail.
• Ability to understand research and insights to inform marketing strategy.
• Curious, proactive attitude and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own 2–3 client accounts and be their day-to-day contact.
• Lead global and corporate projects from strategy to content delivery.
• Manage multiple workstreams, timelines and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy and content teams to turn briefs into plans.
• Bring structure to complex projects with budgets and approvals.
• Manage budgets, scopes and deadlines; anticipate challenges.
• Take on faster-paced FMCG/shopper marketing projects for variety.
