Food Alert Ltd is seeking a Client Engagement Manager to own a defined portfolio of clients, drive proactive engagement and ensure customers continue to receive valuable services. You will build strong relationships through regular outreach, identify risks early and collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.

This remote role with occasional travel to London Head Office and client sites offers a collaborative team environment, a client-first mindset and clear KPIs to meet across

Qualifications

• Experience managing client or personnel relationships and working towards defined KPIs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organised under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Proactive Client Engagement: Conduct regular outbound satisfaction calls and structured client check-ins.
• Listen & Learn: Gather client feedback and capture insights to improve services.
• Spot Risks Early: Recognise dissatisfaction or churn signs and act early.
• Resolve & Support: Triage concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Support Retention: Monitor sentiment and assist renewal conversations.
• Identify Opportunities: Find where additional services could add value and refer accordingly.
• Collaborate: Work with colleagues to resolve issues and support wider initiatives.
