Job summary

Food Alert is hiring a Client Engagement Manager to own a defined portfolio, nurture strong client relationships and drive value across our services. You’ll engage proactively, gather feedback, spot risks early and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues while supporting retention and referrals.

You’ll work remotely with travel to London head office and client sites as needed, delivering excellent customer experiences and contributing to growth in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client or personnel relationships and working towards defined KPIs.
• Genuine passion for building strong client relationships and delivering positive experiences.
• Ability to recognise opportunities and engage in consultative commercial conversations.
• Strong time management and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Proactive Client Engagement: conduct regular outbound satisfaction calls and structured client check-ins across your portfolio.
• Listen & Learn: gather client feedback, identify trends and capture meaningful insight to improve services.
• Spot Risks Early: recognise signs of dissatisfaction or potential churn and take action.
• Resolve & Support: triage client concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Support Retention: monitor client sentiment and contribute to renewal discussions and reduced churn.
• Identify Opportunities: recognize where additional services could add value and generate referrals.
• Collaborate: work with colleagues across the business to resolve issues and pursue opportunities.
