Job summary

SSE is seeking experienced Business Change Managers to join our Bridge Transformation Programme. You will shape change strategies, build stakeholder readiness and ensure adoption across people, processes and technology.

You will work with project teams and senior leaders to deliver transformational change, design change journeys and support learning initiatives that enable staff to embrace new ways of working and sustain improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading business change across large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and project lifecycles.
• Ability to apply governance frameworks to drive adoption and benefits.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience in regulated industries or complex operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate change initiatives across the Transformation Programme.
• Design structured change journeys that build confidence and readiness.
• Partner with training to deliver learning solutions for change adoption.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and advise on change adoption.
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement in business-as-usual operations.
