SSE is seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to join the Bridge Transformation Programme. You will shape and embed change initiatives across people, processes and technology, working with project teams and senior leaders to deliver real business benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading business change across large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, project lifecycles and governance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior leadership.
