Job summary

SSE plc is seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to join the Bridge Transformation Programme on a 12‑month fixed term contract. You will shape and embed change across people, processes and technology, collaborating with senior leaders to deliver tangible business benefits.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading business change across large-scale transformation programmes.
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and governance frameworks.
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Experience in regulated industries or complex operations.
Proactive and innovative mindset with focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate change initiatives within the Bridge Transformation Programme.
Develop change strategies and embed readiness across the organisation.
Collaborate with training teams to design engaging learning solutions.
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and act as advisor.
Support adoption of change and sustain improvements in business as usual.
