You will work with project teams and senior leaders, developing change strategies, stakeholder readiness, and adoption plans while supporting the organisation through complex change in a regulated utility environment.

• Leading and coordinating change initiatives, ensuring activities are planned, aligned and delivered through the Change Framework.

• Building relationships with stakeholders, advising senior leaders, and driving adoption of change.
• Fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement as change embeds.
