Job summary

Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks (SSEN) is seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to lead transformation initiatives across people, processes and technology. You will shape change strategies and drive stakeholder engagement to deliver real business benefits.

You will work with project teams and senior leaders to ensure readiness and adoption of new ways of working, supporting the organisation through critical transformations and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading business change across large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, project lifecycles and governance.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience in regulated or operationally complex environments.
• Proactive and innovative mindset with focus on customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating change initiatives, ensuring activities are planned and delivered through the Business Change Framework.
• Designing structured change journeys to help individuals and teams adopt new ways of working.
• Partnering with training specialists to develop engaging learning solutions for change.
• Building relationships across the business, advising stakeholders and driving adoption of change.
• Fostering collaboration and continuous improvement to embed change in operations.
