Job summary

The Bridge Transformation Programme at SSE seeks experienced Business Change Managers to deliver transformational change across people, processes and technology. You will shape and embed change initiatives, develop strategies, build stakeholder readiness, and ensure teams have the confidence and support to succeed.

This fixed-term, full-time role involves base locations across multiple sites with travel to SSE sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading business change across large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Ability to engage senior leaders and build trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate change initiatives within the Business Change Framework.
• Design and deliver structured change journeys to drive adoption.
• Partner with training specialists to develop learning solutions for change.
• Build relationships across the business and act as a trusted advisor.
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement to embed change.
