Job summary

UKROEd Ltd is seeking a Business Change Manager to lead multiple change projects, ensuring adoption of new processes, systems and structures across the organisation. You will work with senior leaders to plan, execute and embed change while measuring benefits and ensuring readiness for transition into Business as Usual.

The role requires collaboration with Heads of Business Areas and a focus on sustaining benefits through ongoing evaluation and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience delivering business change within projects or programmes.
• Experience leading, implementing and embedding change across multiple teams or business areas.
• Experience collaborating with Project Managers to integrate change activities into delivery plans.
• Experience developing and coordinating research and evaluation activities.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end business change strategies for the portfolio of projects.
• Provide strategic assurance to senior leaders on change sponsorship and organisational alignment.
• Lead change readiness planning and transition into Business as Usual.
• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments to inform decisions.
• Support post-implementation activities to embed changes across business areas.
